Mortgage/Housing Industry Insiders See another Leg Down

If you ask me, this is a pretty telling sign of things to come next year…

When even the mortgage industry insiders/specialists are stating that next year we are going to have another downturn in the mortgage/housing market, I think I will listen to them over ANY bull on this board or anywhere else on the Internet. These people are on the front lines of the crisis and have a much better feel on the future…

Who listened to mortgage insiders/specialists back in 2003-2007? Oooh, such experts- they were the ones selling option arm zero down interest only teaser garbage and telling folk they could just refi later when teaser rate was over. I guess you must’ve forgave them for their prior advice cause they turned into experts overnight and now exist only for the public interests?

Edit: I don’t think there are any out and out bulls here, but a lot who think housing in various parts of S.D have fallen enough to where you can find bargains without expecting instant appreciation.
