    Cashflow: That seems way under market. Were there points involved? What is LTV? Do you have an 820 FICO? We’d like to see some details.

    Right now, for 30 years fixed with no point, aimloan.com GFE is 6%, E-trade GFE is 6.125%, and e-loan GFE is 6.375%. If you’re willing to pay some points, some of the APR are around 5.75-6%. btw, GFE = Good Faith Estimate.
