    Yes, you should make sure its an insurance company with good track record and ratings.

    Also, want to check the fine print on what qualifies as disability & unemployment

    Do they underwrite or is it guaranteed issue?

    The two companies are called “Mortgage Dept.” and “Oncor Insurance Services LLC”. These are very generic names for a reputable company. The adresses are both with PO boxes and no phone numbers were given. I’m not very confident that these are legit businesses.
