well, even without proof, or statistics, it might intuitively kinda make sense for your situation, maybe for mine too. i mean, there is clearly an economic value to being able to easily move and get another job — it’s worth something. it may be worth a lot more than people value it at. or maybe they know it has value, but just never figured a house was the anchor that kept them from moving…
