That’s a good plan.
refinance everybody is a good.
Problem with the low interest rates now is that only people with stellar credit can get them.
In order to help the economy we need to help people who are struggling, not just banks and corporations and individuals who have good credit.
Why not just lower the interest rates on mortgages in one big swoop, without even requiring homeowners to refinance?
