Yes, the fundamental underlying issue in almost all illnesses today is stress. When stress hormones are released into your body, the same hormones that get you ready for fight and flight, also shut off the immune system.

A woman got divorced and got the house as part of the separation. The ex husband is still on the mortgage but quitclaimed the house to her.
There is equity, but her income alone is not enough to qualify for refi. She’s been making the payments faithfullly on her own for 5 years.
She could benefit from a lower interest rate.
