Exactly, kinda Jumbo condo fire sale, I live acorss the street and see the guys twirling the signs everyweekend for the past 6 months. Nice places, but quite high prices for a condo.
We were looking at them last year when it was still apartments. It was going for around 1800 for 2/2 and 2100-2200 for 3/2. So, I wonder if they consider $350k – $400k for their 3/2 reasonable :-). I wound definitely jump on it for that price at today’s rate.
