I learned from a source very close to Mr Borzellino’s case, that he was recently arrested by the FBI. From what I understand, he is being held without bail. Although, I can’t confirm this. They have a very strong case against him and hope to put him away for a very long time. If you have not been contacted to be a witness against him, and have evidence or testimony against him, contact the FBI to see what you should/can do.
