About 2.5-3 years ago, this model was going for 380-390 new/prebuilt. Good to see it come down, but its not really that much. Bridgeport was the cheapest townhome community in 4S ranch. I still think these are overpriced when you consider the hoa + mr. I dont know how much more these will drop though. I think they’re still fundamentally/historically overpriced.
