… and going back to the stock market where it belongs?
I’ve noticed things I wouldn’t have believed a month ago … like REO listings surviving more than a week on the MLS and even *dropping* asking price.
Maybe the banks figured out that those “all-cash” offers were from wannabe flippers who didn’t have two nickels to rub together (because they blew it all on that Carleton Sheets course back in ’06).
Maybe REO agents haven’t figured out that they have to answer the phone once in a while if they want to sell a house. Oh, and it helps to have a key in the lockbox.
Or maybe, just maybe, there’s some hope for all us would-be homeowners.
