I concur that I’ve seen more and more of it in Carlsbad/Encinitas. Carlsbad has a hotline where they will cover it up within 48 hours if it’s on public property. I’d like to see stiffer fines/penalties and also see the parents held responsible. I’m sure Jr. would think twice after spending a few weekends with Dad (or Mom) in Orange jumpsuits cleaning up on the side of road.
