In reality, I guess with my budget there’s no 100% perfect home…but there’s one that I’d be happy living in.Thanks!

But I love this area cuz it’s newer and very conveniently located.
Any thought on price action in this area? say in the next 6 months?
What I worry about is also about interest rate. Any thought on rate staying around 5%? or spike up higher? or dip?
