    I recall OJ sheltering assets in his house, but don’t recall the details. Can a person who gets sued, and gets slapped with a million $ settlement rendered against them quickly buy a house and shelter their luquid assets in the purchase of a CA home?

    Your bank accounts can be frozen, and wages can be gaurnished, but can they kick you out of your house and make you sell it to come up with the funds if there is a judgment against you?

    Does Social Security, 401k’s, and IRA’s fall into the same category? Is the prudent thing to put everthing into a trust to so you don’t personally have a dime to your name?

    How do you shelter $ wisely?

    as i recall, OJ declared bankruptcy, so he lost
    some personal goods, but not his house or pension.

    it’s what lead him to jail. He was at a
    event where they were auctioning simpson
    memorabilia and he decided to get it back.

    Led to prison in vegas.
