So I go to SD every so often and had to inspect a building in a dot.condo project. I took this photo today. THEY HAVE A SIGN STATING LOCK BOX AREA LOLOL….
I ask a guy who was walking by and he said there are 97 units in this condo project and I counted 22 lock boxes (4 hanging out of “lock box area”.. shame on u realtors). More than 20% of this place is up for sale. Located in San Diego on MT Alifan DR between Balboa and Genesee. Can anyone say dot.Condo?
This is crazy but it doesn’t look half as bad as some of the condo conversions I have seen in areas like El Cajon where you see rows and rows of Realtor signs in front of apartment buildings, so many in fact they start to block each other out because they have ran out of space to put them up.
