I will be buying in the financial & real estate market soon if panic continues.
It is funny how we have known about all these troubles for a while, but it takes so long for the regulators or analyst to pull the cover off and expose these major issues. Then the general public acts surprised when sh%t hits the fan and they panic

This is the phase where Carmel Valley collectively cries “Holy Shit” they realize this is really bad and the data clearly shows they are not immune.
Even La Costa Vally may utter a few curse words this Winter, eh sdr ?

Meaning if it is fear that is motivating you to go out and buy guns, ammo, & canned food, then no.
However, if in your heart you feel that is the prudent and wise thing to do, and you feel safe as you do it, then yes.
