How to get in to those Foreclosures & Auctions

How to get into those auctions if any particular house is listed for auction or foreclosure?. I do know where the listings can check, but how to obtain information like if I want to attend auction of foreclosures selling?. Can any one throw some light on this topic.

Most of the information is available from your agent, ie MLS. You may also go to some websites, such as foreclosure.com etc but I find that the information they give out is not very up-to-date.

The best way to learn about trustee sales is to attend the auctions. As DDM said there are plenty of sites you can subscribe to that give you information about notices of defaults and such, however the information may not be fresh.

Thanks for comments and information. So every information about these auctions and foreclosures are need to be subscribed though it is not going to be up to date or fresh. This is where exactly I caught up and now the forclosure business trend is kind of up, why not fully detailed information sites or relevant agents showing up as compare to regular MLS sellings?.

For San Diego county, I’ve found this to be a valuable resource. It’s up-to-date and I have not yet noted any inaccuracies.
