Farbet… ABSOLUTELY. Especially if you have purchased since 04. Getting a reassessment is pretty easy and after you get it done you can do it again if the market keeps going down. Once the market turns up again, the county can reassess at any time to bring your taxes back up to speed but that should not stop anyone from reassessing…
