There is something to be said about the race thing. It’s true that minorities are loud. It doesn’t bother me (I kinda like the exuberance) but that’s what I observe.
Patiently, what a stereotypical and ignorant statement you just made. You wanna qualify that with the word “some”?
Race does NOT determine a person’s propensity for being loud.

Our breathing emits more CO2 than Christmas lights. In fact, the cows that we eat emit more harmful methane than our CO2 from cars and factories.
Maybe we should ban breathing and eating beef.
