The MLS # on Redfin doesn’t look legit
I looked at this place years ago when the owner was selling it themselves asking 239K. Thought it was interesting a few months ago when it got foreclosed on, but never saw it hit the MLS. Then I recently found the cached redfin page and it got me thinking how many other properties get foreclosed and resold without hitting the MLS? I don’t follow many specific properties but for me to stumble on this one makes me wonder what the FHA is up to these days. It closed on 7/29/08 for 130K, still too much if you ask me, but I guess an investor will just rent it out.
