    If anyone else has more recommendations for soil/seismic engineers please let me know. I am also looking for a home inspector if anyone has suggestions for that.

    We used Southland Geotechnical. I think the geologist’s name was Sue Tangiers (could be wrong about the last name… I just called her Sue. Hubby signed the contracts, etc.)
