    for popcorn ceilings they have a test you can buy at home depot. You take a sample, then mail it in.

    Time frame may not work though – I think it took a couple of weeks to get the results.

    Thanks for the recommendations. I was able to get T&T to schedule for tomorrow for mold and asbestos.

    Mike Schwaner did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was SO thorough and detailed with issues I felt so much more comfortable purchasing our bank owned property. He is reasonably priced and with Ranch and Coast Home Inspections:
