You now know it as Carmel Valley. As far as I knew, they did a good job, constructed some nice places and had a better reputation than Pardee. Back in the ’80’s Pardee had a good rep for the polybutelene plumbing problems/cheap construction and some defect lawsuits. Baldwin did not use poly plumbing, but I think Baldwin Co. ended up going under.
When I read this post, little flashback. Baldwin.
Guess they, uh, regrouped.
