I care less about Citi (although the stock will likely pop tomorrow) than I do about Dubai. This is the realization of a hypothetical – sovereign wealth put to work. This is potent stuff.
What would happen to the homebuilders’ stocks if a sovereign fund decided to buy HOV or LEN? For that matter, how much value would SRS lose on that day?
