Does a counter-offer carry the some terms of the orignal offer?

Hi i need to sign the counter offer by tomorrow but i am worried about one little detail, and i can’t reach my agent.

Its a short sale and the bank came back with a counter offer asking for a more $$$. The counter offer only states this amount, however on the original offer it was stated that the bank should credit me back 3.5% for closing costs. According to my agent, the bank agreed to this term, but i don’t it listed anywhere in the counter i need to sign.

Does it need to be there?
