Wow I bet my Canadian colleagues are Pissed LOL.

Well a few had the chance to move down here when it was about 1 to 1, funny none did they stayed in the frozen snow ( I guess they were counting on Global warming or something).

Got to plan a trip to Canada this summer.

To Top it off this was in 2010, their housing market was still strong, ours was at or near the bottom.

I bet they are kicking themselves now.

At one point the Canadian dollar was worth more than USD.

Quite a few Canadiana bougth U.S. real estate at the bottom.
They did well.

Americans however don’t have much interest in property in Canada. To damn cold and miserable up there.

I’m thinking that Greece might end up leaving the Euro eventually.
They can’t leave in a crisis which would be really bad.

Maybe they’ll stabilize the situation first, then issue a parallel currency.
