    Did any one notice recently from July 6th onwards several short sales/foreclosure listing offers are reduced sharply around 22K to 30K. Why this trend now? is there more housing inventrey flooding soon?

    Yes, I have noticed some enticing lower offerings and when I called there were 30 offers on the property. This has been happening for about the past month.

    Well if they have plenty of offers I don’t understand the logic in lowering the listed price. Does it looks like confusing? What I am suspecious is the next news would be worst with unemployment spread and eventually FED would give up slowly to care more on housing as they need to gear up on how to provide or increase more employment ONLY

    Well if they have plenty of offers I don’t understand the logic in lowering the listed price. Does it looks like confusing?
