Derby Hill had a release this past weekend and sold all but one of the homes in the release. Prices were $1.2M to $1.3M+. There were 3 with canyon views and another 4 or so that backed up to other homes. It appears that prices stayed the same as last year. Our friends bought a Plan 1C with a canyonview. They shared that about half of the people on the list that were called deferred to a future release.
It appears that there is still solid demand for this development and they are not having any problems moving homes. I stopped by there today around 1 pm and it was dead. Ricki said the next phase will be in March.
Will be interesting to see how many of these drop out of escrow and also what happens with the next release.
