I would add that solid core interior doors are a good sign of quality. They are also better for sound proofing. A quality house has good sound insulation between the separate living areas.

They build some pretty high quality stuff. Can’t speak for their stuff outside California, but I know it has a high reputation here.

Lower the price and I might leave it in saleable condition ;). Did I ever tell you about my cousin Guido?BTW: I meant to say dove tail joinery on cabinet drawers is good, not tongue and grove. It is harder for Rustico to break :(.
