Warren Buffet is known for one think. Buying when the opportunity to make money is present. Then in late 2000-early 2001 4s ranch was divided up to builders, then guess what happened next?
These builders and Warren Buffet wouldn’t have came out here unless they knew they were able to make money and they knew they could make money because they would control the real estate market in San Diego. This may sound too coincidental but it is shedding light on how the big money was behind this boom and now they are all trying to get out of dodge now that the damage is done.
