    What do you think about this property?

    after searching scripps ranch area – and realizing the inventory is so limited… I began to look south and came up with this house. I do not know about the area.

    How do you think about this property compared to buying a similar one at scripps ranch?

    I like Tierrasanta. It’s quiet and seems like a nice place to live. Almost bought a home in there a few years back.

    Most of Tierrasanta was built in the 70s and 80s. The property you are looking at is a relatively new development.

    There’s a small shopping center at Santo Rd and the 52. You could probably walk there.

    One real estate agent told me the foundation of some houses in Tierrasanta was bad and was on newspaper before , not sure how old of those houses, not sure if it happened to condo too ? he just told us not to buy houses in Tierrasanta.

    I stayed in a nearby apartment back in 2003. (Yes, got evacuated during fires.)

    I enjoyed the parks and open spaces.

    But I didn’t like the jet noise from MCAS Miramar.
    And my wife didn’t like having to drive all the way to Mission Valley for shopping.
    Sorry, not sure how Scripps Ranch compares…
