We’re considering a purchase of some property in coastal North County, and want to buy a larger parcel that will be split.
We want to get this land so the spec builders don’t destroy the chance for some families to build their own homes on decent sized lots. Because of this, we only want to deal with real families (no flippers, speculators, etc.), preferably who want to build a single-story house, and are tired of having all the good land snatched up by spec builders who build ugly monstrosities that don’t fit into the neighborhoods, then charge obscene premiums for these architectural abortions.
We’re not looking to make a profit; just hoping to split a parcel with some nice families. 🙂
