As I sat at my computer getting up to date on this Blog, I overheard an interesting conversation. Apparently, the realtor in question was hosting an open house on the unit downstairs. She had brought 4 friends (two couples … I think) who were going to walk in and express interest in buying while the real potential buyers looked on.
Is this even legal? Just how desperate have sellers become?
