I remember during the bubble days, I was looking at a development up in LA and they had an area set aside for low income. Curious, i checked it out…the low income units were priced between 500-550K.

ParticipantDon’t know, but I have heard it is going to be section 8 housing, not owner occupied. Go to the City or County website and see if you can find any more information.
