You are welcome carlsbadworker. Not saying it will work, but 10k below at least gives you some respect all around! I am just kidding,sort of. No that it matters, but I agree with looking at the 10k either way in this case.

I know, however, TG got 1999-2000 pricing and 20% below comps. Yet, I still only aim at 2001 pricing and the same as comps…well, let’s just say that I don’t beat myself up in order to get as good as TG.
