    Congrats on the new home. I’m sure you’ll have no problem selling your RP house. when does the new house close?

    Spring of next year is what they are saying the move in date will be. Shea has been on time or ahead of every date they have provided so far. They have been a superior business to deal with thus far.

    Any advice on when we should put our current house on the market? Our current plan is a couple weeks after the holidays.

    Shea generally builds a nice home. My advice would be no sooner than the 3rd weekend of January. Ideallly the weekend after the Super Bowl. That is the kickoff weekend for the best selling season of the year. House should sell in February and close by the end of March. You might be able to swing a rent back for a month or so also. Should be right on time for you.
