A lot of Chinese are trying to exit the housing market in china (just now starting to burst a little), most have relatives in U.S. and are looking for cash flow (they are too smart to be speculators), like it or not you have to admit SD (not so much coastal but inland) is starting to cash flow about as good as you will get anywhere in the country, If you want to bury your head in the sand go ahead.

Chinese too smart to be speculators? haha. What do you think they are doing in China?
We’ll just have to see if the bubble bursts in China.
Do you think that Chinese investors are actively buying and managing houses in Temecula Valley?

TV not so much, but there are more than a few in TV as well.
Visit China , you will be amazed and maybe a little frightened.
If your not, your not paying attention.
