If you thinking we might be experiencing another leg down, why not wait another 6 months to see if you intuition is correct or not? Also, every area is different. To some, 2001 inflation adjusted price is not a deal at all. I once was told to shoot for 2000-2001 nominal price. What inflation # are you using?
