I would not live in Moval. There is a higher crime element, and it seems that nothing over there stays nice. A buddy has a few new homes in these newer areas of Moval, and he has gotten his house robbed twice within a year. I believe Perris and Homeland are the worst areas, but Moval is not far behind.
October 17, 2007 at 11:10 PM #89824The OC ScamParticipantI have been watching homes in the Chino Master Planned community “THE PRESERVE” not because we wish to live there but just for kicks! My prediction for failures was the Men’s Prison being literally walking distance north and the women prison just south.
Every phase that we have watched since last year has decreased by 25 to 35% since July 2006.
Today we just received an email from those questionnaires they ask you to fill out when you check out the model homes. The detached homes had three phases that listed in the high 400ks last year now are high 300ks.Here is an example I received from Brook Field homes the Phase is the Mulberry’s.
