    Perhaps the Bank of America loan officer was referring to a specific loan ie. jumbo 30 year fixed at lowest possible rate.

    I think it’s a good thing that loan guidelines are stricter these days.

    Plenty of loan programs out there. FHA, VA all require minimum downs.

    It doesn’t help us though that there are still places that allow little to nothing down, when all places make you have 10-15 I can see prices dropping faster
