NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — The large investment firm BlackRock is expected to be the main asset manager for a $75 billion fund being created by three large banks to help shore up the market for asset-backed securities, a person briefed on the situation said late Tuesday, The New York Times reported in its Wednesday editions.
