The sellers on Nile Street should talk to the lady on Bancroft who has been trying to sell her (larger) home for several months. She started asking around 650K and is now down to 499. Still no takers. Maybe removing the bars would give it more curb appeal, ya think?

ParticipantThe buyer of the house on 33rd street lives in La Jolla. Probably bought it for their kid to live in. Their house in La Jolla appears to be owned free and clear so looks like that have plenty o cash. There are still lots of rich people out there.
