I don’t think it is going to be a big rush for the exits. It is in the interest of any foreign holder of us$ to wind down their dollar holdings slowly. I’m sure that neither China nor the oil states want the value of their reserves dump overnight. It will continue to be orderly as they re appropriate reserves into different assets and currencies.
