Azure in San Elijo Hills – Opinions?

One of the reasons I like SEH is because it does have subsidized housing, condos, and little bit of diversity in income. Everyone at the school isn’t upper middle class. Carmel Valley’s location REALLY APPEALS to me but a little diversity is good for kids and adults.

I live next to a complex with this situation in 4s and on one hand I feel very bad for the kids because they have no structure/ values in their lives as most of them live with their grandparents, uncles etc(many immigrants).

On the other hand, because of the lack of structure and values, they trash the place. They dont have respect for property, leave trash everywhere etc. They are reprimanded all the time by neighbors and such.
