GuestThis is now called “Pacific Beach Sands” and a google will bring up the link and also some real estate blogs stating that “Windemere’s New Home Division” has secured the listing and that the 2 BR/2 BA start in the mid $400s. No pricing on the Pacific Sands site though. It is apparently a mix of commercial and residential space according to the Pacific Sands site. Still looks dark and empty though when you go by it.

ParticipantHeard from someone wo worked over at the PB location that they were not able to sell even one of those units and then elected to go rental. I mean who wouldn’t want to pay 600+ to live across the street from Margarita Rocks.
