    I work across the street. Run away from them! Wood frame construction, right on Heart attack alley. No real amenities, fairly high HOA’s, and if those are the “Builder short sale” prices, they are smoking crack.

    I see that stupid sign and kept meaning to walk over and get a new price sheet, but at those prices (still), never mind.

    They’ll make good apartments.

    You think they are over priced?

    Dude, I wouldn’t pay more than 100 sq ft for one of these places…..

    All the commercial underneath is empty and the restaurant just backed out…fun times…

    The HOA’s do seem rather high but I don’t know of any other amenities they could provide. There’s a pool, hot tub, “social lounge, BBQ, parking, workout room. What’s “Heart Attack Alley”? If you’re referring to the sirens, I’m fine w/that, I live less than a block from atlas on 4th.
