just checked ziprealty, I counted 20 over-3000sqft and built-after-2000 homes listed for less than $360k. I even saw a 2900 sqft home listed for $280k. all in Temecula proper.
my last BMIT post on Temecula was in Feb of this year and at that time the lowest priced over-3000sqft/built-after-2000 home was… $359k.
$5/gallon gas would be the last nail to Temecula’s coffin.
