    I am looking for a very thorough home inspector. We bought a new home last year and our builder’s 1 year warranty ends soon. I wanted to have an inspector go through the house with a fine tooth comb and let me know about anything that has not become apparent to us yet.

    The builder has been a pleasure to work with and they have fixed any issues that have come up and I want to make sure that I take advantage of that while it is on their dime.

    Thanks for any help and recommendations.

    We’ve used Gary before, and he was excellent. Will use him again when we buy our next house.

    We used Mac the Inspector. We were very pleased. He found stuff that the seller (a relative of ours) either didn’t know about or didn’t disclose.
