That’s a seriously awesome yard. Even I’d be tempted to buy it though it’s a two-story and has an HOA (but it’s one of the more reasonable ones).
Want to see if they have offers on it already? Must say…I’m actually tempted by that.

ParticipantPersonally I liked the lot on maple in 92008 that went at auction the other day for 695k. 1/2 block to the beach. It has a dinky home on it but pretty nice to be so close to the water.
