No buyers at $749,000, it’s back to $429,000.Looks like they are trying to make it look like a ‘short sale’ or must sell property and that they are giving you a bottom price. (after all, they have lowered the price from $749,000 to $429,000.. please ignore the previous price sheet on the floor showing the increase from $429,000 to $749,000).
@little lady
DRUGS!Where where where!! I need some!! ;-P
I want a new drug
One that wont make me sick
One that wont make me crash my car
Or make me feel three feet thick

ParticipantHaha ucodegen back in the heyday of engineering I met Huey Lewis when his band was hired to play at a DAC conference in L.A. (you bitter engineers know what I’m talkin’ about). That’s when it was routine for companies like HP to throw million-dollar parties (and invite bitter engineers) and give away prizes like motorcycles, ultra-10 workstations (hey those used to be da shiznit), and my favorite: 3rd-row seats at a Laker’s playoff game (I won them and sat 2 rows behind Jack Nicholson!)… Ah how I miss those days, one of the few times an engineer can feel like a rock star! Nowadays you’d be lucky if you go to an industry party and win an iPod shuffle.
