I cannot explain rates either…I tell people that if you can predict rates, just trade bonds on Wall Street and you can make enough money to pay cash for your house, why bother with a mortgage…
There are bulls and bears and the market is relentless and brutal….
Today was one of the craziest days I have seen with rates.
